BANDINI OTTAVIO (Firenze 1557 - Roma 1629). Cardinale. Col titolo di vicelegato fu governatore di Bologna nel 1592. Fu legato in Romagna e nelle Marche nel 1598 e si distinse nella lotta contro il banditismo. Partecipo' a vari conclavi e divenne un eminente personaggio della curia romana. Fu amico del futuro imperatore Ferdinando d'Austria e alla sua morte intervenne anche Papa Urbano VIII. Lettera da Roma a Fermo del 30.11.1596. Quattro righe autografe e firma. Bel sigillo cartaceo con impressioni a secco. Buona conservazione. (Rif.A7479-8/46)
