The newspaper was aimed mainly at Bohemian Jews, and its main goal was to strengthen the connections between the Bohemian communities. 240x165mm. 830 pages. Quarter-cloth marbled board Hardcover. Cover worn and partly peeled. Rear cover taped. Sticker residue on front cover. Cover edges and corners bumped and peeling. Spine missing. Binding coming loose but still holding. Sticker/adhesive tape residues on cover hinges. Pen inscription and ex libris stamp on front whitepage. Stamp on all title pages. Page 1 edges and 829 upper edge taped with slight damage to text (text easily reconstructible). Page 811-812 edge slightly missing with several words missing from the text. Five pages of issue #50 slightly torn on fore edge - NO damage to text. Several page edges slightly tattered - NO damage to text. Many pages bottom corner bumped/wrinkled. Some pages dog-eared. Pages browning and slightly wavy. [SUMMARY]: These extremely rare issues of a 19th-century Czech-Jewish newspaper are in good reading condition.
