Provenance: handwritten dedication by the author to the German politician of Bohemian descent, Karl Egon II Fürst zu Fürstenberg (1796-1854), and a small stamp of the Donaueschinger Hofbibliothek on the title page verso. Rare. Text partly damp-stained, spine cover split at top, otherwise very good.
