No marks or inscriptions. Clean bright brick cloth boards with no bumping to corners. A very tight clean copy. Dust jacket not price clipped or creased with fading to spine and margin of front cover. 122pp. The story of Pauls and Whites shipping company from their inception in the 1840s to the sale of the last of their barges in the 1970s. Their barges all carried a white cross on the topsail to identify them as they made their way between the low banks of the East Coast rivers.
