Description
Name/label to front end paper and name to rear end paper. No other marks or inscriptions. Appears unread. A lovely clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. Slightly dusty dust jacket not price clipped or marked with small piece missing from front cover and nicks/chips to upper and lower edges. 113pp. The author, one of whose roles was chairman of the International Commission on Post-School Certificate and Higher Education in Nigeria, discusses the pressure on African Universities to break away from European culture and to establish more 'Africa-relevant' universities.
