The original drypoint by Rodin, "Antonin Proust", is present in two states (Delteil 10, vi and vii) both on Japan paper. The original chiaroscuro wood-engravings by Lepere ("Eve") and Beltrand ("Figures de Purgatoire") are present in four states each: the line block on china, the tone block on china, the final state without letters on china, and the final state on Japan. There are numerous other original prints, including one etching by Courtry and many wood-engravings by various artists, on China and Japan.
