Oblong 8vo. 1 page (3 lines). To Hans Busk jr. (1815-82) at Fig Tree Court, Temple, London. Russell's son Francis A. R. Russell had been born two days earlier. Hans Busk helped pioneer the Rifle 'Volunteers' movement (Volunteer Force). - Traces of old mounting on the verso.
