Large 8vo. ¾ p on bifolium. To an unnamed addressee, on an appointment at his studio: "Cher Monsieur [.] avec plaisir tout à votre disposition [.] à mon atelier 3 rue Bayard [.]". - Slightly browned due to paper; the reverse of fol. 2 with contemporary remarks.
