Présentez, je vous prie, mes compliments respectueux à madame Sand [.]". - Maurice Sand was a talented puppeteer and puppet maker who was often assisted by his famous mother in the creation of new puppets and scenarios for his plays. One of George Sand's final publications was a long article on puppet theater in Le Temps that was inspired by the work of her beloved son.
