8vo. 1 page on bifolium. To a Mr. Searle whom Campana needs to see, asking for a response to confirm a date: "J'ai besoin de vous voir! Demain je serais à la Maison à 3 jousq'à 4 heures. Écriviez-moi un mot. Tout à vous [.]". - One C. Searle is credited with the words for a duet composed by Campana called "Ripple, ripple" (1879). - On mourning stationery, with traces of old mounting on the verso and of slight ink offsetting.
