Original uniform printed softcover. = This bibliography provides an overview of 28,000 titles quoted in Chinese Botany, published during the period of 1857-1981 in China and abroad by Chinese botanists. Including the authors Chinese and English bibliography. More than 100 ancient (i.e. pre-1857) books recording botanical knowledge are also quoted. With subject index at the end. Volume 1 contains pp. 1-620; Volume 2 pp. 621-1226; and Volume 3 pp. 1227-1793. A fourth, supplemental volume, dealing with publications published in the 1980's and 90's was published much later, in 1999, and is not included. A very good, clean set.
