Author index at end. Edition limited to 100 numbered copies printed on fine Dutch handmade laid paper. Small 4to. Bound in contemporary half calf and marbled boards, spine gilt in six compartments. Light rubbing to extemities of binding. Internally uncut, bright, and fine.
