No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with unmarked blue cloth boards, slightly foxed page fore-edges and minor bump to upper rear corner. Foxed dust jacket price clipped but not marked or creased with small tear to spine foot and rubbing to ends of sunned spine. Jacket now protected in fully-removable transparent sleeve. 353pp. The travels and writings of James Boswell whose Grand Tour in 1764 took him to the courts of Europe and the company of princes, writers, duchesses and their fine libraries and art collections.
