Description
A sheet of wove paper (10 x 12 cm) SIGNED on one side by actresses Simone Simon and Charlotte Dauvia, and inscribed and SIGNED on the other side by pilots René Drouillet (who added an attractive little sketch) and Marcel Doret. All were aboard the S.S. Normandie in August, 1938. From the exemplary collection of maître d'hôtel Maurice Guérin, who worked from the 1930s to the 1960s at top restaurants in the South of France and aboard the S.S. Normandie. Some adhesive remains, else in very good condition. A UNIQUE AND FASCINATING ITEM.
