Preceded by an introduction that retraces Giordani's Florentine stay (1824-1830) and his relation with Viesseux, the dossier gathers together 138 letters that, at the present stage in the research, constitutes the entire surviving collection of the correspondence exchanged, previously either partially or only periodically published.
