Several hundred manuscripts described at great length, often with quotations and information about provenance. Beautifully printed on fine laid paper, with engraved head and tailpieces throughout. iv, 478 pp. 8vo. Quarter calf and decorated boards. Light wear to extremities of binding, but structurally solid and still attractive. Internally bright and fine. Very rare. Graesse VI(1), 346.
