Among the estimated one hundred treasures displayed in this exhibition, visitors will find painted pottery and jade of the Neolithic Age, bronze objects of the Shang and Zhou periods, terra-cotta warriors and a horse of the First Emperor, Qm Shi Huangdi, a jade suit of the Han dynasty, Buddhist sculptures of the Northern Wei dynasty, gold and silver vessels and tn-colored ceramics of the Tang dynasty, and porcelain and brick carvings of the Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasties. These select objects are the fruit of the wisdom and creativity of the Chinese people, an expression of a civilization thousands of years old.
