No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers, creased spine. Mainly very clean pages in a tight binding with dusty boards, label removal marks to rear, chipped front corners, well rubbed spine and torn advert page inside front cover. 227pp. Forty-one short stories and poems (socialist and non-political and humorous) from the staff of the 'Clarion', the Labour newspaper published in Manchester and London. Undated. Extremely scarce.
