XII+234 pages. Half-cloth marbled rebound Hardcover. Cover stained and slightly rubbed. Cover edges worn. Several wormholes on cover and spine hinges. Sticker on front cover upper corner and spine. Spine edges bumped. 3 small wormholes on rear inner cover inner edge near binding. 2 small wormholes on rear whitepage and contents page inner edge near binding - no damage to text, and 1 small worm-mark on pages 217-234 inner edge near binding - no damage to text. Ex-library copy with small stamp on front inner cover, title page and last page. Pen marks on front inner cover. Ink marks on title page upper edge. Water/moisture stain on most pages bottom edge/corner - no damage to text. Binding visible between 2 last pages and pages VI-VII. Aprox. 50 pages have slightly worn edge and/or upper corner as a result of bad page cutting - no damage to text. Pages yellowing, age-stained and wavy. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare monograph on Jews' oath in 19th-century German courts, written by a renowned authority on Jewish law and Rabbinical writings, has sustained some wear, but is still in good reading condition.
