12mo, 69, [1] pp., woodcut frontispiece, vignette and ìPrice Sixpenceî on title, 26 woodcut illustrations in the text, 9 woodcut tail-pieces, p.[45] is a cancel, glued onto the recto of the leaf, original cloth-backed printed yellow boards, a nice copy. Date from imprint on upper board. The cancel page glued onto the recto of p.[45] although the text of the original p.45 is visible underneath. The Bodleian and V&A copies only on JISC.
