Description
No inscriptions or marks. A lovely clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and minor bumping to upper corners. Dust jacket not price clipped or torn with slight scratching to front and very slight fading to spine. 221pp. George III's siblings were among the most outrageous libertines of the outrageous eighteenth century when profligacy was rampant, whilst George was the only respectable member of the brood. He reflected his mother's close restraint, while his siblings reacted against it. He became the model citizen and 'Farmer King'; they became his only black sheep.
