No marks or inscriptions to contents. No creasing to covers or to spine. Very clean pages in a very tight binding with well rubbed, slightly marked boards, label removal mark to front and minor bumping to oversize corners. 147pp. With 15 pages text and reference plus 65 single-sided plates with captions opposite. Twenty-two are of Van Dyck's engravings and the rest are of other artists from this period including Rembrandt, Pontius, Muller, Suyderhoff, Nanteuil and more. Very scarce.
