218x155 mm. [1], 44 randomly paginated in a contemporary hand, [1] leaves. Written by multiple hands from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century. At the end of the book are several children's drawings that are not relevant to the content, as well as the stamp of the Grand Hotel Ceres in Ceres (“proprietario Currà”), repeated three times on a page. Lacking the lower outer corner of first leaf, stained and browned, unbound and loose.
An interesting manuscript recipe book containing recipes for cream sorbets, mint pastilles, Vermouth, Maraschino, Grande Chartreuse, Kirsch Wazzeer, English bitters, various types of rosolio, etc.
