This is a fine hardcover 2 volume set in fine dust jackets with almost no wear. Completely clean inside and out. Signed in ink by the author and dated 1989, on the front endpaper. Text in English and Chinese. Illustrated throughout in black & white with some color. A history of Taiwan photography going back to the 1920's. Dozens of individual photographers are profiled, each with several to a dozen or so photographs showing their work. Fascinating document of early Taiwanese photography. 12" high X 9" wide, 120 & 139 pages. A fine signed 2 volume set (complete).
