L'opera è composta da due tomi, siamo purtroppo in possesso solo del primo volume. Si tratta di un'antologia di saggi sui più vari e curiosi argomenti: usi di società, abitudini, professioni, mode, commenti ricchi di aneddoti anche autobiografici e citazioni, venati di garbata ironia. In mediocri condizioni Brossura editoriale in mediocri condizioni generali con usure ai margini e dorso usurato; piatto anteriore assente. Legatura in discrete condizioni con rotture. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture.
