To Monsieur Le Bel, professor at the Conservatoire de Musique, informing him that he has been appointed teacher of a class at the Conservatoire de Musique and must immediately assume his unpaid post. - Several restored defects to edges and torn folds. Rather brownstained; fol. 2 with small tear due to breaking of seal (not touching text). On stationery with engr. letterhead of the Conservatoire de Musique.
