In-16 gr. (mm 184x104), piena pergamena coeva, fregi e titolo oro su tassello al dorso, pp. XXXVI,532, con 28 incisioni fuori testo (nonostante sul frontepizion ne siano riportate 25). Manca la cartina di Roma. Terza edizione di questa bella guida di Roma carefully revised, and enlarged with an account of the latest antiquarian researches. Cfr. Rossetti, G-1694 - Schudt, 359. Qualche leggera fioritura intercalata nel testo, altrimenti esemplare ben conservato.
