All'interno numerose informazioni: la notizia dell'assegnazione dello stemma all'università con regio decreto, la lista degli studenti iscritti con relativo paese di provenienza, le attività svolte, le impressioni degli studenti sul regime fascista ed alcuni loro pensieri personali. Presenti numerose foto d'epoca di gite a Siena e Spoleto; dell'interno dell'Università, gli studenti nelle vie di Perugia ecc. Molto raro, uno dei primi annuari.
