First and only edition; and one of 1000 printed copies of this linguistic study on "Er-Tostuk" epic from Kirghiz area in Russian language. Er Toshtuk is based on a Kyrgyz epic, first compiled down in the early 19th century but supposedly thousands of years old, in which Toshtuk, a young warrior, goes into the underworld and has adventures before he can marry.
