With a section of illustrations from photographs and early prints. 8vo, publisher's blue boards backed in black cloth, gilt lettered on the spine and with gilt facsimile signature on the upper cover, in the original dustjacket handsomely decorated in blue, white, red and gold. xxiii; 266pp. A fine copy very well preserved, the dustjacket in very pleasing condition with minimal evidence of shelving to the edges, the book in excellent condition, the verso of the jacket with a little age mellowing, the recto bright.
