With a large folding map of Salem Village as it would have appeared in 1692, two double-sided plates of signature facsimiles, engraved plate views of the Philip English House, the Townsend Bishop House and the Jacobs House and the two tipped in photographically produced facsimiles of original testimony documents. 8vo, publisher's original brown cloth, the covers framed in blind, the spines lettered in gilt and blind ruled. xl, 469; 553 pp. A complete set, the text for the most part in very good condition with a few marginal pencil marks, a few signatures shaken, titles detached but present with some edge chipping, Vol.II binding firm but with a shaken hinge with some wear and loss of the brown cloth on the spine.
