As India is primarily rural economy its basic source of food and income is Agriculture, which needs to be urbanized as conceived in chapter four. Dr. Ambedkar's contributions to the country and his personal achievements are highlighted in the next chapter namely personal qualification. Ambedkarism is a new philosophy for construction of New India. Country's minorities are treated as the integral forces for wholesome development of India as the largest democracy of the world. The constitution of India is a socio-economic-educo-national document as stressed in the eighth chapter. Half the world is described under the category of women. Law Minister, the tenth chapter, delineates on the legal aspects of the polity exercised and formulated by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Marginality expounds status and needs of the marginal sections of the society. Nation is presented as a force in relation to its strength in a particular set-up of the country. Labouris the orientation of the economy in contrast to its being capital intensive. Mobility leads to change of occupation, income, standards of life from old to a new patterns of association. Educational thought is vital in determining the direction wither the country heads through its national policies on this aspect. The last but not the least chapter is deprivation which examines and criticizes the suffering of the population owing to various and a number of needs, wants and urgencies to be met with unsatisfactorily by the hands which hold the reins of the political power.
