First and only edition of this adaptation from Russian playwright, novelist, and short-story writer Leonid Nikolaievich Andreyev (1871-1919), adapted by Turkish director Muhsin Ertugrul (1892-1979), in the early period of the Turkish Republic. Muhsin Ertugrul adapted Turkish names for the characters in his book.
