No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked green cloth boards, cream vellum spine margins and slightly sunned spine, clear gilt on brown leather title label to spine, dusty page edges, tanning to end papers and no bumping to corners. Notes, index and annotations on 119 pages plus 392pp. The lives of twelve Roman Caesars who between them were dictators or emperors over the period 100 BC to 96 AD. Suetonius lived in the 1st and 2nd centuries AD. Broadway translations. Original translation in 1606. Undated ca 1925.
