8vo., First Edition, with coloured frontispiece, 7 coloured plates, 7 illustrations in monochrome and endpaper maps, neat contemporary signature on half-title; burgundy cloth, upper board lettered in blind, gilt back, uncut, backstrip lightly sunned (but all gilt entirely legible), a very good, clean copy. The title of the first edition calls erroneously for 8 illustrations in monochrome. The frontispiece and first coloured plate are by Frank Southgate; the remaining coloured plates by Walter Dexter. SCARCE.
