Description

No marks or inscriptions. No creasing to covers or to spine. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. 126pp. Part 1 looks at 18th century England, contrasting the rich south and east with the north west. Business was disappearing in the south and east and bursting into action in the north west. Part 2 looks at three areas of Europe that seem to have led innovation in the world and made Europe the wealthiest continent by 1800. Very scarce.
