8vo., First Edition, with musical score as endpapers, neat signature on front free endpaper; cloth, gilt back, a very good, bright, clean copy in the dustwrapper, the latter chipped and frayed at edges. From the author of 'Odette' and 'Appointment with Venus', this is fiction based around a pub darts team's outing to France. It was filmed as 'A Day to Remember' by Ralph Thomas in 1952 starring Stanley Holloway, Donald Sinden and Joan Rice.
