The bindings have wear from use, with Vol. I and Vol. II showing only some normal rubbing or wear at the extremities, the text-blocks and illustrations very well preserved. Vol. III has become loose in its binding, which shows more wear than the other two volumes but can be recased if desired or left as it is. The plates are all in pleasing condition.
