8vo., First Edition, with a portrait frontispiece (original tissue guard present) and 20 plates, some very light and mainly marginal age-spotting; handsomely bound in dark red full morocco, back gilt with five raised bands, second and fourth compartments lettered and ruled in gilt, all other compartments tooled and ruled in gilt, uncut, gilt from original front board and backstrip preserved and mounted on new and separate leaves, a most attractive copy ideal as a gift or for presentation. Scarce, especially in this condition.
