Twelfth edition, 12mo (150 x 85mm), iv, [5]-71, [1]pp., early ink presentation inscription of inside front board, orig. drab boards, lightly stained, spine peeling but still a very good copy in original state. First published in 1701 with a final eighteenth-century edition (fourteenth) appearing in 1799. All edition are rare, our twelfth edition is unrecorded by ESTC.
