With 16pp publisher's catalogue (dated April 1839) bound in at end. Formerly with the Royal Gardens, the author details almost one hundred vegetables and herbs, together with their history, culture, and varieties available. Philip Miller was formerly gardener to the Company of Apothecaries at the Botanical Gardens in Chelsea. EXTREMELY SCARCE.
