Illustrated with a full-page map at the beginning of the text. 8vo, publisher's original red cloth, stamped in blind on the upper and lower covers, the spine panel rebacked sympathetically with near matching red cloth, lettered in gilt. xvi,[2], 301, [16 ads.] pp. A well preserved copy, the binding strong, the text-block in pleasing condition, lightly mellowed.
