This is a fine hardcover copy without dust jacket as issued with virtually no wear. Bound in silver foil covered boards with titles in gray. Completely clean. Text in English and Spanish. This monograph was prepared to accompany the exhibition in the New York at the Bronx Museum of the Arts, from October 30, 2003 to March 14, 2004. The exhibition then traveled to the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Monterrey in Mexico. Valeska Soares (1957- ) is a Brooklyn-based Brazilian-American sculptor and installation artist. Texts by Marysol Nieves, Vik Muniz, Adriano Pedrosa, Tobias Ostrander, Moacir Dos Anjos, Douglas Fogle, Cuauhtemoc Medina, Shirley Madill, and Valeska Soares.
