4to (270 x 205 mm), [8], iv + 32pp., of facsimiles, orig. quarter Roxburghe morocco, a little rubbed with head of spine chipped, uncut. A facsimile reprint of the original edition of 1591 which was at the time in the possession of Lord Aldenham. Preface by G. E. Cokayne, who presented copies to the Roxburghe Club members in 1897.
