No marks or inscriptions. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards, slight rubbing to spine ends and no bumping to corners. Fold-out map at end in excellent condition. Dust jacket not price clipped or marked or rubbed with very slight creasing to upper edge, a few tiny nicks and small piece missing from upper front spine corner. Now protected in fully-removable transparent sleeve. 645pp. Based on the actual events of the time, this is Solzhenitsyn's novel about Russia and its actions at the start of the First world War. First English edition.
