A monumental reference, covering over 65,000 books. No serious dealer or collector of English books can afford to be without this work. Large 4to. Publisher's cloth. The bindings of the earlier volumes are a bit worn, but still completely solid. There is a little faint spotting here and there (as always) because of impurities in the paper, but the paper is generally clean and bright. Overall an excellent set, with no real defects. Very, very scarce in such fine condition.
