Folio. 1 p. Together with a lithographic portrait, framed and glazed (485 x 785 mm). Bestowal of the Order of St. Anna (2nd class) on Count Mikhail Aleksandrovich Korsakov (1794-1869), who had distinguished himself in combating the cholera epidemic. The lithographed portrait shows the oath of Crown Prince Nikolai Alexandrovich Romanov (later Nicholas II) after having come of age.
