This is a near fine hardcover copy with almost no wear. The cream cloth spine is just slightly darkened, the gilt title still legible, the brown paper-covered boards are clean and unmarked. This copy has been signed in pencil, by Eden Phillpotts, just underneath the frontispiece portrait of him. This is a limited edition of 350 numbered copies. 9" high X 6" wide, 164 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
