Second Edition, with coloured title-spread and very numerous coloured and monochrome photographs and illustrations throughout; black boards, white back lettered in gilt, a fine copy in unclipped dustwrapper. Moorehead's classic account was first published in 1856. This edition adds some 190 images illustrating aspects of the campaign together with extra information and captions by Ann Moyal.
