8vo., with engraved frontispiece and very numerous engraved illustrations (a number full-page) in the text; most attractively bound in contemporary half calf, marbled boards, upper board ruled in blind, back with five raised bands ruled in gilt, second compartment with red leather label ruled and lettered in gilt, all other compartments richly tooled in gilt, marbled edges, very neatly rebacked with old backstrip laid down, a very good, bright, clean, fresh copy. Bright copy of this later and greatly expanded version of a standard reference. VERY SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
